I'm Krystee De Souza—writer, speaker, and Hollywood escapee turned creative guide.

I spent a decade building my life (and my identity) around one glittering achievement: to create and produce my own TV show… until I realized the only thing worth that level of time, energy, and passion was my own damn life.

So I paired Hollywood production principles with spirituality and higher consciousness to start running the most important show of all: my own LIFE… instead of letting fear, perfectionism, and other people’s definitions of success run it for me.

I stopped reacting to every plot twist at scene level and started relating to my life with Showrunner Energy: staying connected to the bigger vision while relaxing into the season I was actually in; dreaming big while taking aligned action, one scene at a time.

And I finally started producing a life where I could fulfill my potential, express myself fully, and live out the mission I’ve felt calling me all along.

Now I help displaced creatives do the same: remember who they are, reconnect with the vision, and produce a life that feels even better than the dream (or title) they once romanticized.
